SB2245: Hearing Scheduled 2/5/14 at 9am

The Senate Commerce & Consumer Protection Committee has scheduled a hearing for SB2245 on February 5 at 9:00am.

SB2245 requires an insurer in a first party insurance claim to pay the claimant a fair amount within thirty days of a demand for payment of insurance benefits.

The House version of the bill (HB 2403) has also been scheduled for the same day.
