10. CHAIR’S REPORT:

10.1. December 4, 2013 met with Mitch Dmohowski, Consultant for Eurus Energy America Corporation
from San Diego , CA and Tessa Munekiyo Ng, AICP Manager for Munekiyo Hiraga, Inc.
regarding a proposed 200 acre of solar farm located behind Uluwehi. Tentative to come to the
Board in March 2014.
10.2. December 7, 2013 met with Dawn N. S. Chang, Consultant for NEXTERA Energy regarding a
proposed 75 acre of solar farm located on Mr. David Wong property. Tentative to come to the
Board in April 2014.

11. ANNOUNCEMENTS:

11.1. The next Waianae Coast Neighborhood Board No. 24 regular meeting will be Tuesday,
February 4, 2014 at the Waianae District Park – Multi Purpose Room, from 7:00 p.m.- 9:30 p.m.
11.2. Broadcast: The Waianae Coast Neighborhood Board No. 24 Regular Meetings will premier
every 3rd week of the month on Monday, Channel 49 at 9:00 p.m. Non-prime time airings will
be every 2nd and 4th week of the month and on Saturday, Channel 54 at 12:00 p.m.

A mailing list is maintained for interested persons and agencies to receive this Board’s agenda and minutes. Additions, corrections, and deletions to the mailing list may be directed to the Neighborhood Commission Office (NCO), Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street , Room 406, Honolulu , Hawaii 96813 ; Telephone (808) 768-3710 or Fax (808) 768-3711; or call Neighborhood Assistant Risé Doi at (808) 768-3718.
