2.    WELCOME

 

§2-14-117 Order   and decorum. (a) All board members shall promote and preserve the order   and decorum of the board’s proceedings. (b) The presiding   officer of the board or a majority of the board may expel any individual   whose conduct at the board meeting is disruptive, disorderly, contemptuous,   or improper for the conduct of business at the board meeting. (Eff. 10/20/08)   (Auth: RCH §14-103 (a)) (Imp: RCH §14-104)

§2-14-118 Discussion.   When a board member or person properly before the board wishes to speak, the   member or person shall address the chair, be recognized before proceeding,   and shall confine remarks to the subject under discussion, avoiding   personalities and abusive language. 4.      NEW BUSINESS- SOLUTIONS/LEGISLATIONS TO   ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING: Sustainability

         of the dredging and disposal of the “sludge”    etc. from the Hawaii Kai Marina (Hawaii Kai Marina

Community Association) and American   Marine Corporation. In addition to other dredging of other

marinas. The licensing and   permitting process for trucking companies such as SER Trucking, Inc.

Land use agricultural and   commercial.

5.      BOARD/COMMUNITYCONCERNS TO NEW   BUSINESS

  1. I have some high concern on Pukui Pl in waianae, There is to much Traffic going on, & being smack dab in the middle & watching this, is not cool….can some one please check this street out…..traffic all day & all night…

    • Dear Anonymous — Mahalo for reporting this problem. Sen. Shimabukuro has contacted and asked the director of the Department of Transportation Services to look into the problem that you’ve mentioned. We’ll publish a report as soon as we receive a response.
