The University of Hawaii Alumni Association (UHAA) and its partner, Kaplan Test Prep, have teamed up to bring you two FREE forums that can help you decide whether to pursue graduate studies.

Take a behind-the-scenes look at law school admissions and legal career opportunities. Hear from an expert Kaplan instructor and learn about the admissions process from an admissions officer, an alumnus and current students of the UH Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law.

This 3-day seminar hosted by the Honors Student Organization and co-sponsored by Kaplan Test Prep and UHAA, will provide insight on the benefits of graduate school, how to apply, and tips on being a strong applicant.  Registration requested. All attendees will be eligible for door prizes as well as discounts off Kaplan Test Prep courses.

Is it required for your career goals?
What type of program is right for you?
Financing graduate education
Day 2: Applying to Graduate School
A brief overview of the application process for graduate school, basic academic requirements, considerations for deciding which graduate programs to apply for, and insider tips from admission committee members.
Day 3: The New GRE & Other Exams
Kaplan Test Prep will be leading this session and sharing their knowledge about the standardized exams required for graduate school admission. They will also cover recent changes made to the GRE exam.
